About Us

Micro Thermal Inc. was incorporated in 1990, set up to bring quality ceramic processing machinery in a market where inconsistency in the quality of ceramic end-product such as uniformity in colour, hardness, surface finish is seriously lacking, and which inhibits global acceptance of the finished products, such as floor & wall tiles, trim pieces, decorative tiles, tableware, giftware and other decorative items etc.

Situated in Kalol, Gujarat,India the Company possesses adequate infrastructure, and every kind of logistic and online connectivity. The Company is managed by a team of progressive management and engineering professionals, including technicians and skilled workers who follow and uphold the Company’s aims to achieve global competitiveness in the manufacture of ceramic processing machinery.

The Roller Kiln is a technological marvel, but it needs somewhat larger, or to be exact, longer area in installing the apparatus that constitutes the kiln. Nevertheless, the heating-cooling and conveying process allows large-scale production, eliminating waste and downtime, and increasing profits.

Micro Thermal Inc. maintains a thoroughly equipped R & D facility which is closely tied with the R.K. process. Every part is inspected and tested routinely to avoid machine breakdown. Thermal testing machines are used to examine temperatures of insulation, hardness-testing equipment for ceramic rollers and insulation blocks etc. The seemingly insignificant parts etc.—all constitute vital procedures in manufacture of a machine on which customers can bank on and really profit.

This has become a practical possibility because the quantum of ceramic ware produced is far lower than the increasing demand. Micro Thermal’s professional and experienced team of engineers and technicians decided that the Roller Kiln is the answer to meet such a quality product demand.
